The Obby Reviews: Snowflake Stage Tower

Game: Snowflake Stage Tower (by Towerable)

Overview

Snowflake Stage Tower is a relatively new obby, developed by Towerable, a new independent tower obby studio, and it has quickly gained traction among players since its launch on the 18th of July, 2025. As a fan of tower obbies, I’m pleased to share my thoughts!

(This is also my first ever review, so be kind!)

Gameplay & Design

The game is pretty easy at the start, like, the first 2 and most of the third tower. Simple jumps and easy mechanics. They really only make use of elevators, dangling parts and damage bricks. Killbricks are later in the game around the third tower and beyond. That’s where it gets a little tricky, in my opinion. Overall, its still pretty easy to be honest. The design is very straightforward and clean, has little confusing points. I don’t remember once asking where I had to go. Pretty neat! Except, the one stage where you had to jump on the damage-bricks and heal was pretty annoying.

Difficulty

As I said before, the difficulty was pretty easy, save for the last 2/3 towers. That’s where it gets really difficult. But, atlas, it’s still yet another easy tower stage obby. It doesn’t contain any repeating stages like some other games I’ve played, however! Some are a little repetitive, but, never identical.

Community Engagement

Interestingly, the game has seen rapid growth in its user base, with over 4,800 concurrent users and nearly 3 million visits within weeks of launch. Also, it’s great to see developers responding to player feedback by introducing updates and addressing bugs. The inclusion of new towers and stages, like the recent expansion that added a fourth yellow tower, keeps things fresh.

My Conclusion

Overall, Snowflake Stage Tower is a fun and neat addition to the niche obby sub-genre. With its engaging (easy) gameplay, quick updates, and snowy/winter type aesthetic, it’s a recommended play from me for anyone looking for a new challenge. While there’s room for improvement in level design and accessibility, the game certainly offers a nice experience worth exploring, especially during winter and the colder months.

Personally, we don’t get snow here, do you?

My personal rating is 7/10. Loads of room for improvement and new content. It’s a good take but still a little generic. What’s your thoughts?

Feedback would be appreciated!
